System-Restore-XP
When you system is badly misbehaving, and you need to bring it back under control, then System Restore may be what you need. This can be right after you installed something, it goes bonkers, or when you see any sudden change in computer's behavior.
Be aware, that when you do this, you may lose something! You are taking the system back in time!!
To Run System-Restore-XP
Step 1. Click on start, and move your mouse to outline Help and Support, then click
You'll get the image below, then you want to click on System Restore
You'll get the image below, then you want to make sure that Restore my computer to an earlier time is selected then click on Next
You'll get the image below, now you need to pick a date far enough back to get to a time where you did not have this problem. The further you go back the more you lose!
Then click next. You'll get one more summary image, after that it will commence restore.
