Outlook-Express-Print-Addresses
Printing out your address book is a form of backup, but of course if you lose your address book on your computer, you would have to type them all back in!
But at least you would have the addresses, phone numbers and e-mail addresses. Also, a print out could be useful for other puposes.
to print out your Outlook Express address book:
1. Open Outlook Express
2. Click on the Addresses icon on top of the page
Now click on File - Print (see below)
on this next page,
You need to select which printer you will use (if you have a choice)
Then select Print Range - I chose All
Then Print Style - I choses Business Card (this gives me address, phone no. and e-mail)
Then click Print
