Auto-Delete-Temp-Internet-Files
Your computer has temporary files which contain your Social Security number, account numbers, passwords, etc. If you have ever typed these in! Identity thieves can get these with hacking your PC, then retrieving files from your PC.
Disk Clean-up is a utility that Microsoft provided with Windows XP, that cleans up an array of unneeded files. This is useful to protect you identity, but also to speed up your PC! This normally done manually. It is a good idea to do this once a week/month.
How to delete files automatically - Internet Explorer - 
This is a good idea, as it helps those like me who "forget!"
Open Internet Explorer
click on Tools
move down to Internet Options, then click

Click on the Advanced Tab (top right)
Then move to close to the bottom of the list,
then click on Empty Temporary Internet File folder when browser is closed.

Then click on OK
Internet Explorer will automatically delete temporary files, when browser is closed.

Open Firefox Browser
Click on Tools
Click on Options

Select Tab called Privacy

Then click settings

I then clicked clearing the following. Best security would say clear saved passwords also!

Then click OK.
